China Law blog weighs in on China's new labor law: "a big deal (for workers) and no big deal (for businesses)"

The China Law blog weighs in on law related issues in China, especially from the perspectives of foreign multinational corporations. China passed a new labor law recently, and the blog believes that it puts workers on a more equal footing to employers. It also believes that legitimate businesses are already largely in compliance, and therefore shouldn't cause much grief doing business in China as a result of the new law.

I like the title of your post, which I think is a very accurate and well put summary of the law, in a way I had not considered.
