The history of western nations is accompanied with the slavery trading and resulting in the big african american population in the north American continent. The long lasting consequence can be seen even today in many aspects in american society. The Britsich parliament only accepted the policy but this was not until 1950s after the World War II, the slavery issue was fully addressed.
